Dave Schell
Dave has been a mortgage loan officer for 13 years. In November of 1998 , he founded Insight Financial Corporation. Dave is a Colorado native. He grew up in Steamboat Springs and he has lived in Boulder since 1986. Dave enjoys the client relationships he has developed over the years as a mortgage broker. The positive energy derived from satisfied clients keeps him motivated as a top producing mortgage loan officer. When not working, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife Lori, yoga, natural health, international travel, biking and snowboarding.

Noel Bennett
Noel is a native to Boulder, having grown up here, and never leaving. Before coming to Insight Financial in 1998, he worked at Head Sports, CareerTrack, and Fate Clothing. His career history has been eclectic and primarily sales oriented. Upon joining Dave Schell and his soon to be wife, Shannon Bennett, Noel found his calling at Insight Financial. Though he is not above having a fantasy of living on a beach in Mexico, he immensely enjoys the mortgage business and all of its intricacies. He feels extremely lucky to be in the mortgage business in a place such as Boulder. In his free time, he eagerly spends time with his wife and his two children, Wiley and Barrett. If you don't find him at home with his family, you'll find him on skis, a snowboard, a motorcycle, or a bicycle.

Lori Schell
Lori Schell joined the team at Insight Financial in 2003. At Insight Financial, she is able to use her education background and desire to help clients through the mortgage process. She has a degree in Mathematics from Louisiana State University. Lori previously worked in the technology industry as a software developer. Deciding that she preferred working with people instead of computers, the mortgage business became a good fit. She enjoys hiking with her little poodle dog and spending time with Dave. And yes, she is Dave's wife, not his sister.

Dave Majcen
Dave joined Insight Financial as a Loan Officer in 2001. After graduating from the University of Vermont with a BA in Economics, Dave moved to the Boulder area and started a career in sales. Once established, he set down roots in Boulder and ran a small consulting company specializing in software training and implementation. This experience laid the building blocks to succeed in the world of small business and to become successful with Insight Financial. Dave also earned an advanced degree in financial planning through Metro State College. Dave lives in Lafayette in a great neighborhood with his wife Donna, their two young boys, and their Wheaton Terrier named Brody. His hobbies include skiing, golfing, traveling, and spending time with his young family.

Eddie Hunnell
Eddie moved to Longmont in 2005 after living in North Carolina for 32 years. After spending vacations here, he and his family made the decision to move in order to be close to the mountains and enjoy all the area has to offer. Eddie’s background has been mostly technical in nature including working for several small companies, the US Navy, and Nortel Networks. In 2001 Eddie received his MBA through the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Eddie joined Insight Financial in 2006 with a desire to help people and put his financial background to better use. When Eddie is not working he enjoys coaching his son in little league football, hiking with his family, flying small airplanes, fly fishing, and skiing.

Rueben Verplank
Rueben moved to Boulder as a child and has lived here ever since. After graduating from Boulder High and the University of Colorado, he began a career as a real estate broker. Throughout his career in real estate Rueben was always fascinated by the monetary aspect of the business, and in 2002 joined old friends Dave Schell and Noel Bennett at Insight Financial. His unique background gives him an understanding of both the sales and financial aspects of the business, and adds insight for his clients few others can. You can generally find Rueben, and his wife Heidi, enjoying the outdoors and other activities that make Boulder such a great place to live.
